ASSOCIATION OF ENERGY ENGINEERS PAKISTAN CHAPTER

AEE stands for Association of Energy Engineers which is a global organization having more than 18,000 members, a network of more than 100 local chapters in 98 counties and AEE Pakistan Chapter is one of them. AEE Pakistan chapter was formed in 2018 by Energy Professionals from Academia and Industry and its charter was approved in 2020. The aim of AEE Pakistan Chapter is to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy sector and to foster action for Sustainable Green Development through promoting RE & EE in Pakistan. 

MESSAGE OF PRESIDENT OF AEE PAKISTAN CHAPTER

Dear Members and Energy Professionals,

First of all I welcome all the members in AEE Pakistan Chapter Family and hope that all members will  work as family for putting the Energy Sector of Pakistan on sustainable path so that people of Pakistan get relief and country progresses with speed.  Our common goal is to achieve  affordable, reliable & sustainable modern energy for all.

AEE Pakistan Chapter was set up by senior energy professionals  from Academia and Industry to provide a very dynamic platform for Energy related Industry, Academia and Government for exchange of knowledge and expertise in area of energy so that energy Policies and plans should be realistic, pragmatic and result oriented and direction of all energy policies and plans should be toward affordable, reliable and green energy available to all people as per UN Charter of  sustainable energy for all (SEforALL).

Pakistan is facing energy challenges in terms of expensive, deficient and        unreliable energy coupled with high share of fossil based energy use in Power, Heating, Cooling and Transport with dominant placement of Non-engineers at Engineering and Technical Posts with Gender imbalance. So under such situation a Non-profit energy platform is required so that Industry, Government and Academia work together to resolve energy challenges faced to the Nation.

Any person relating to energy field can become member of organization and by being member of AEE Pakistan Chapter means that you are not part of AEE National Network but International Energy Network  also.

€I invite all Pakistani energy related professionals and organizations from Industry, Academia and Government to become member of AEE  and play their role to achieve the goal of clean, reliable, affordable and sustainable energy access to all People of Pakistan.

EXECUTIVE MEMBERS TEAM

It is my pleasure to be the Patron of the Pakistan Chapter of the AEE.        My role here is to guide, promote, and protect the AEE Pakistan Chapter.     I intend to perform this role with integrity, and in conjunction with the By Laws of the Organization.

AEE Pakistan is a result of the collaboration between Industry and Academia. I intend to ensure that we foster this spirit of collaboration, so as to enhance innovation and creativity in the Energy sector of Pakistan. Furthermore, my goal is to assist in nurturing this chapter of the AEE, and support its activities so that it attains a level of functionality similar to its sister chapters in the United States

I strongly believe that the AEE Pakistan Chapter has the potential to become a National Energy Organization in the not-for-profit sector, and can play a pivotal role in reshaping the energy policies of the country, hence guaranteeing a clean energy future that is reliable and affordable for all
